Refund policy

We want you to love your Cedars & Streams dress. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

If the fit isn’t perfect, exchanges are often the fastest way to get the size that works best. Many customers also choose store credit, where we add 10% extra to your return amount as a thank-you for giving Cedars & Streams another try.

Because our dresses are produced in small batches, we recommend trying on your item soon after delivery to ensure the fit is just right.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return or exchange, please email returns@cedarsandstreams.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped within 5 business days. Returns shipped after this timeframe may be refused.

Item Condition

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Tags still attached
  • Free of odors, deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear

We recommend trying on your dress indoors before removing tags or wearing it out to ensure it remains eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For convenience, we offer discounted return shipping labels that can be purchased during the return process. You may also use your own shipping service.

Please include your name and order number inside the return package.

Refund Options

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following options:

Store Credit (Recommended)

Receive 110% of your purchase price in store credit to use on a future Cedars & Streams order.

Refund to Original Payment Method

Receive a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received and approved.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, exchanges are welcome.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a discounted return label may be purchased during the return process. Once your return is received, we will ship your replacement item.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Pre-Orders
  • Pre-order items are eligible for store credit or exchanges only.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund, along with a prepaid return label if needed.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
