Thank you for shopping with Cedars & Streams. Below you’ll find details about where we ship and when you can expect your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders placed during a drop ship the following weekend as we prepare and pack orders in batches.

Orders placed outside of a drop typically ship within 2–3 business days.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your shipping label is created. Tracking may not update until the carrier receives and scans your package.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. An estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout.

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@cedarsandstreams.com.

We’ll do our best to make the correction, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, tracking and delivery updates are managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed or tracking has not updated, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost, email us at hello@cedarsandstreams.com with your order number and any carrier case information so we can help with the next steps.
