Drops & Ordering

What is a “drop”?
We release new dresses in small batches called drops. Each drop includes a limited number of pieces, and once they sell out, they may not return.

When do drops happen?
New drops are released on Thursdays.

What happens after a drop sells out?
Some styles may return in future drops, but availability is not guaranteed.

You can browse past releases on our Archive page to see previous styles and follow along with what may return in future drops.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders placed during a drop ship the following weekend.

Orders placed outside of a drop typically ship within 2-3 business days.

How long does shipping take after it ships?
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Why don't orders ship immediately?
Because we release items in batches, we use a short processing window after each drop to prepare and pack orders.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Sizing & Fit

How do your dresses fit?
Our dresses are designed with a comfortable, easy fit. We recommend consulting the size chart found within the pictures of each post. Due to the stretch, a range of inches is found for each size for bust and waist. The first number represents the unstretched circumference of the dress laid flat, while the second number shows the circumference while stretched. For those new to Cedars & Streams, we recommend taking your measurements and using the size charts to ensure a wonderful fit. 

Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes - we offer inclusive sizing to ensure a great fit for more women.

Nursing Access

Are your dresses nursing-friendly?
Yes - our nursing styles feature a discreet hidden panel for easy access.

Fabric & Care

What are your dresses made of?
Our dresses are made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex for softness and stretch.

How should I care for my dress?
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low for best results.
